Gnostic Evolution was conceived during a long trip overseas... the realization that life is about movement. The title comes from the idea that gaining knowledge is a process of evolution. The compilation CD features 16 songs by 16 local bands from Rochester, MN. Starting out with a posthumous release by local indie music heros, Tang, and weaving its way through a variety of genres, Gnostic Evolution birthed Last Minute Records and started a musical journey while making an effort to catalog the music scene of one small town in MN.
